Friday Lunch
Lunch is provided at both the Stifel Theatre AND at Union Station. It is difficult to size the meals appropriately as we are split between the two venues, so we'd prefer that you stay at the same venue as the session you attended just prior to lunch.
Stifel Theatre lunch:
- Option 1: Roast Sirloin of Beef - Focaccia, tomatoes, sweet onion jam, Boursin cheese
- Option 2: Smoked Turkey and Artichoke Sandwich - whole wheat bun, sundried tomatoes, mozzarella, baby spinach leaves, basil aioli
- Vegan (served in Kiel Club): "ZLT" Sandwich - French baguette, grilled zucchini, tomatoes, sundried tomato pesto
- Gluten free (served in Kiel Club): Roast sirloin of beef or smoked turkey
- Sides - orange or apple, cookie
Union Station lunch (veg+gf options labeled): - Chef's Soup du Jour (Vegan)
- Romaine Caesar Salad with Garlic Crostini (deconstructed, balsamic option)
- Bean Salad with Crisp Vegetables & White Balsamic Vinaigrette (vegan)
- Potato Salad tossed with Chipotle Mustard Dressing
- The Butcher's Fare, Tuna Salad, Garlic Seared Roast Beef
- Honey Glazed Smoked Ham, Roasted Turkey Breast
- Grilled Vegetables and Tofu
- Swiss, Cheddar, Provolone & Regional Bread Presentation
- GF bread option on the buffet and labeled
- Individual bags of Ms. Vickie's Potato Chips
- Assorted Brownies, Bars, & New York Cheesecake
